Transitional Care Journal Club

This is led by our residents during their Med-Peds Ambulatory rotation during their 3rd year. The resident selects a topic and leads the discussion on an area of interest in transition medicine. This is conducted during our Med-Peds noon conference time with lunch provided. Residents are encouraged to be creative in their topics and presentation styles. They are also encouraged to invite subspecialty faculty as well to enhance the discussion.
